  Judy Kagiwada was not only very informed about my insurance needs, she goes above and beyond to get it done. Not only did she take my phone call at 4:55 she didn't try to rush me off the phone. I would recommend her and FB insure to all of my friends and family.

  Judi was very helpful handling basically everything while I was busy at work. She went the extra mile for me and it was so greatly appreciated. She was kind and kept me informed during each step of the process. Would highly recommend.

  Judy was wonderful!!! I was in a tight spot and needed to buy a car and open a new policy without taking time off from work. All I had to do was call Judy. She was fast, efficient and got me great coverage for a very fair rate! Recommend her for any insurance needs you might have!!!

  I rarely do reviews, but in this case I feel I need to! I have to let you know about my experience with your outstanding agent, Judi Kagiwada. This was concerning switching agents to see if I could reduce my monthly payments on my auto insurance. I already have my Home Owners and Business Insurance policies with your agency, and had a great experience with both, with Judi giving me great customer service and a good rate on my home owners policy. With my auto insurance, I gave Judi a call in the eleventh hour, to see if I could get a reduction in my payments. In less than two days, she got everything done, before the deadline and saved me money! She was extremely courteous, professional and nice during the whole experience! I would recommend Judi to anyone!
