  I used Attorney Coutinho's services to guide me through the process of selling my house without a real estate agent. As this was my first house sale, I needed a lot of hand holding to get through the transaction. Attorney Coutinho took the time to explain each step of the transaction and made sure that the buyer's representation did not overreach. There were a few complications caused by my personal circumstances that were handled with ease.
  
  Communication was very good. Documents were drafted, reviewed and returned well within the deadlines set by the purchase and sales agreement. Calls and emails were answered very quickly.
  
  I would strongly recommend that anyone buying or selling a house in Massachusetts utilize the services of Coutinho Law. I really felt that I had someone on my side that was solely dedicated to watching out for my interests. Considering the cost of Real Estate in Massachusetts, having Attorney Coutinho on your side will be well worth the relatively minor outlay.

  Look no further for your closing attorney! John is the best of the best. He was our closing attorney on both the house we sold and bought. We found out a major issue a few days before closing on the house we sold and John worked day and night for us- went above and beyond- to get all the facts and information we needed. He did more for us than we could’ve ever imagined and we are truly lucky he was our attorney. John cares about his clients and it shows. He works hard and explained everything about the closing process from his side of things. Always available for questions. We highly recommend John. Thank you for everything you did for us!
