I went to Baystate PT in Norwell for treatment of two different injuries and was a patient of Franni’s for nine months. She was exceptional to work with. She truly cares for all of her patients and made going to PT such an enjoyable experience. I completed my treatment five months ago and have stayed strong because of everything Franni taught me. All of the staff is equally great, the level of care is consistent with each therapist. I would HIGHLY recommend Baystate PT Norwell.
I have been to several different PT places over the past 15 years and Bay State Norwell is BY FAR the best! Everyone is so nice. The customer service is awesome! The place is so clean and spacious. You feel like you and your PT have your own space and privacy even though it’s open. I feel so comfortable and welcomed there. Would 100% recommend. ????
Bay State PT in Norwell is AMAZING! I STRONGLY recommend this location to anyone in need of PT. The staff are professional and friendly as well as good humored and fun! This starts with the receptionists who are so nice and kind - always with a first name greeting and a smile. You work with your own Therapist 99% of the time and when you are watched over by another, you can know you will be working with someone who is equally knowledgeable and professional. I have been working with Dave for a month now and he is the very best PT I have ever worked with and I have had many over the years. Dave will work with you from day 1 to reach each step towards your goal of better health and he makes you know that you are a team working together. He explains everything so it is easily understood. There is no better feeling than knowing that you are in such great hands!!!
I'm so glad that my doctor recommended Bay State Physical Therapy. I've been going to PT in Norwell off and on (for 2 different injuries) for almost 8 months. Aside from the fact that I'm apparently a klutz, Bay State has offered me the knowledge and skills I need to improve my strength and flexibility. The sessions are always tailored to me and my goals of being pain free with full range of motion. Bay State has allowed me to get back to doing the things I really enjoy without limitations. I highly recommend them!
A great place to go for Physical Therapy. The Therapist are amazing at what they do. They are knowledgeable and personable. You are made to feel at home. I have been going since June and feel that all the exercises and stretches have helped me tremendously. I'm feeling stronger because of them. Just go you won't be disappointed.
