I bought some lovely curtains at Curtain House for two bedrooms. When I tried setting up the rods that I had bought at another store that is no longer in business I could not figure out why the finials would not stay on. They told me to bring in the rods so they could take a look at them. Even though they could have sold me something from their store they found a solution and I was able to use the rods. I am now going back to purchase shades from them. Anyone that would go above and beyond like that deserves a 5 star rating.
Great store with lots of choices in ready made curtains along with custom made options. Add in a wonderful selection of accessories, artwork and jewelry, it is worth the visit.
Sue and Beth are fantastic to work with. They will work with you on ideas, budgets, etc. They never put pressure on you to buy anything.
There items are of the highest quality and fairly priced. I highly recommend them.
This is my favorite place to buy curtains. I love their selection and the other items besides curtains that they sell. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating.
I went in to look at curtains. I had a specific idea in mind. The woman told me to take a panel home and hang it and see how it looks. Well, I could not make up my mind as to ehat I wanted, so she sent me home with 2 different panels. I offered to leave my license number for her and she said, "No need. Just bring them back next week." People just do not do customer service like that anymore. Well, long story short, the panel I thought I wanted, just didn't fit in the room's decor but the 2nd one looked great! I ended up buying 4 panels and get this, they came to under $200 for all 4 panels and they hang beautifully straight and were wider than my previous panels, so there is a nice gather even when pulled across my 2 slider doors. Oh, did I mention that they were lined too? These look so much more professional than my last pair. I recommend the Curtain House to anyone. Thank you for the great customer service. I will be back.
