  Dawn is an exceptionally kind woman who greets me with a smile. She is always willing to help me fix my glasses when I thought there was NO WAY to fix them. Melanie? at the front desk is also very pleasant to interact with. All great experiences over many years of coming into the Pembroke location. ????????????

  I have been a long lasting customer. Every time I come in to here, these women are smiling, upbeat, and positive. It is a great atmosphere. I own businesses and you just don't see that kind of upbeat atmosphere when you go in a business. Dawn Main has been a contact up there I have been using for a while. She is the best customer service I have seen in a very long time. Plus, she talks Philadelphia Eagles talk when I am there so that gives her a one up with me!

  I had a late night experience at visionworks, great staff, very helpful. Had never purchased from here but definitely will in the future. glasses are fixed and feel great.... I really enjoyed the staff
