  I started with Becky Fox Fitness with the 42 day challenge in September of 2018. I can honestly say it has been the most comfortable environment i have ever worked out in. As soon as you walk through the door, Becky or Chrissy are greeting you from the floor. The workouts are great and also fun. I never dread coming because i actually love the workouts. Right from the beginning I felt so much more energy and noticed how much stronger i was getting. Becky has always been so encouraging and will answer any questions at any time. Becky and Chrissy are a great team and are always willing to answer questions regarding the workouts and nutrition. I highly recommend Becky Fox Fitness!

  Becky Fox Fitness is fantastic! I had just moved to the area and was looking for a way to meet new people...and lose some weight. It's not intimidating at all. Everyone is so encouraging. I highly recommend this program. Give it a try...You will meet some amazing women!

  I started with Becky doing the "42 day challenge." Honestly I was really unsure if I wanted to join the program. Getting up for early morning workouts seemed crazy. However once I started going I started seeing results. I was stronger, I had more energy.. I felt better! Becky and Chrissy do a great job designing the workouts so you feel challenged but are not killing yourself. This a great program with an amazing group of women!

  I started with Fox Fitness back in October. I’ve never been one to workout first thing in the morning. I can now say with confidence that when my alarm goes off at 4:50 AM that I do not groan or think of ways to get out of my workout. What Becky and her team have created at Fox Fitness is absolutely wonderful. The women that go there are all so encouraging and empowering. Becky is a wonderful role model, and can relate fitness and nutrition to real life. She makes it both fun, and hard enough to get your endorphins going. I’m so thankful I stumbled across her 6 week program, and was able to continue on after the 6 weeks, and signed up for a whole year in advance. That’s a big commitment. I’m so happy I made that first call, and you should too ????

  I've been attending classes at Becky Fox Fitness since September 2018. I can truly say that it is the only time in my life that I haven't dreaded exercise or haven't wanted to think of excuses not to attend! Becky and her colleague Chrissy make every workout different, fun and EFFECTIVE. I am feeling much more fit and strong. ???????? It is a very supportive environment. I love it!
