  Blue Hills sports & spine rehabilitation in Plymouth was a great find for me. After having knee surgery for a torn ACL, meniscus and a bone spur I was in need of therapy. My first meeting was with Joe White to whom I was very impressed on how he interviewed me. After a full evaluation, Joe set up an exercise program for me. During my eight weeks of therapy I was tag teamed by physical therapist Flo MacDonald and Joe White. Both Flo and Joe were spot on with my progress and program activities . Many thanks to owner John Jones and staff for a successful recovery.

  Blue hills sports and spine is a class act!! I’ve been going to there plymouth office for two different issues now. There very understanding and listen to what your issues are and make a rehab plan that fits your needs!! Anytime I need rehab I’ll always go to blue hill sports and spine!! Very grateful for all those who have helped me there from the front office staff to the therapist in the back!!

  This is the first clinic that was able zero in on my problem and provide the care to improve my mobility. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm one lucky gal to be their patient.
