Dr. Scott D. James, DO

Prior to meeting Dr. James, I had to deal with vascular issues following deep vein thrombosis particularly with my left leg. It was extremely painful and would swell up and become discolored. I saw 2 highly recommended vascular surgeons in Boston. Both told me that there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wear compression socks for the rest of my life.
My PCP referred me to Dr. James. I’m SO GLAD she did!!!! He performed a procedure on my leg which repaired the issue to the point where I have only minimal discomfort occasionally. My leg looks and feels so much better!!! Best of all, I no longer have to wear compression socks!
Dr. James was patient with me and took the time to explain the procedure and answer my many questions. I can’t recommend Dr.James enough!!

Dr. James patiently addressed all of my concerns. I met with him a few times before he made his final recommendation that was in my best interest. He showed that he cared. He did not rush me into anything just to get it done. Dr. James showed his concern for the final outcome and my happiness with the appearance of my skin following the procedure. Very efficient. Had me diagnosed quickly and did surgery right away. Serious but still has a pleasant bedside manner.
