    Very courteous, very efficient. Got seen in a timely manner, they called in my prescription, drove back to CVS near my home, and my prescription was ready. Very smooth process, especially when you’re not feeling well. ????

    Very professional staff across the board... from the administrator, X-ray technologist, clinical assistant, and nurse practitioner that I saw. Wait time was minimal as well... far better than going to an EW if not critically ill. Also extremely satisfied with the diagnostic capabilities of the facility and treatment plan that was provided.

    My experience was extremely positive. Staff were all very knowledgeable and professional. My wait time was about 20 minutes on my initial visit. Very reasonable for a full waiting area. And second visit none at all. I presented with double impacted ears, with mild pain...could hardly hear at all. The nurse who did my ears made me feel so comfortable and was very reassuring the entire time. When I left I was able to hear out of both ears!! Got a prescriiption sent over to my pharmacy immediately for an antibiotic. And the treatment was not painful at all. I highly recommend this practice and am very grateful to the nurse and the entire staff!

    I have been here twice and honestly it is a mostly good place. It's quick, they get you in and out. It's a good system.

    It is important to understand the limitations of urgent Care. I couldn't get through to my PCP hence why I wound up here.

    While some answers were granted, I feel like more could have been done.

    Still, in a pinch, it's much better than going to an ER.
