  Huge shout out to Larry Maddeford!
  In my 35 years of building experience, he is the most knowledgeable, personable, always there for you sales God in the tile and waterproofing industry.
  I met Larry a few years ago when doing a bathroom on Martha’s Vineyard and was completely spoiled by the selection of tile and state of the art waterproofing available at Best Tile Plymouth.
  Working with Larry at the Sales counter is a most enjoyable, notable experience.
  His knowledge, and understanding for all the products offered at BTP, start to finish including the state of the art waterproofing products he sells and the desire to make it right for the contractor shopping there separate him from all others. You can, and I have called him on a daily basis to review some application of a new product that I was using..... just to be sure. He always makes the time!!
  Should there have been a sixth star, he would’ve got it! Kudos to Best Tile for having such a stellar individual on staff.

  Cheyenne Farr is awesome! It took me forever to figure out the tile that I wanted. I couldn't describe it in regards to color, size, or style. All I knew was I wanted it to "flow." Cheyenne was patient and extremely accommodating. She provided me with a variety of options all which were lovely but not quite it. Finally a new style came into the store and she new it was exactly what I had been describing to her and excitedly showed me the tile. She was right. My experience with Best Tile has always been positive but this particular time it has been exceptional. From the final selections, to the support through the process, the experience with Cheyenne has been both positive and professional. I can't thank Cheyenne enough.

  Jasmine Vasquez was our design consultant and she did a terrific job! She understood exactly what we wanted & found tile we had not seen that worked perfectly. Our 2 finished bathrooms are masterpieces!
  
  Over the course of this bathroom project, and troubleshooting / finishing up the second bathroom, I worked with almost everyone at the Plymouth store, including Sarah, Allison & Larry. The entire team, including warehouse guys, were intelligent, professional & made the long drive worthwhile.
  
  We both recommend working with Best Tile in Plymouth, and will definitely buy from them for any future projects!

  Alison at Best Tile, was extremely easy to work with and offered a lot of great tile suggestions. Product was ordered and received in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend Best Tile!

  I have had a wonderful experience with best tile and with one of their fantastic designers, Cheyenne. I was short on time with a very accelerated project and Cheyenne was so professional and accommodating. I emailed her pictures ahead of time and she had several design options laid out for me for our appointment, specific to my taste. I have been very impressed with her design and it has made me want to start new tile projects. The selection at Best Tile is excellent as well. Highly recommend Cheyenne and Best Tile in Plymouth.
