(October 2, 2017, 12:51 pm)I helped my son in buying a Toyota Tacoma from B1. I was initially apprehensive but when I arrived the professional attitude and appearance set my mind at ease a bit. There was very little negotiation but the truck had been priced fairly. Within 3 days of owning it he began having problems with the acceleration and the fuel tank began leaking (it had been empty when we picked it up). My son found out that the acceleration problem was a MAP sensor that does not give any indication when it craps out. Ok that was bad timing and not a problem that had been hidden. Also, the fuel tank had rusted out on the top so unless the tank was filled, you would not know. The owner readily agreed to replace the fuel tank. You have to expect that when you buy a 13 year old truck, some things may go wrong. It is how it is handled that counts. B1 is a small family business that really knows about customer service!

They even brought my car all the way to me. They even rented me a car while they were working on mine. I cant say enough about B1 auto. (June 7, 2017, 12:01 pm)I have been going here for a couple years after a suggestion from my girlfriend (she's gone here since she was 16... she's 32 now) and these guys are the best I've experienced in my many years as a driver. Always thorough, fair prices, use quality parts with no question warranties, and will be willing to give you a ride/pick you up while your car is in the shop!
My used car has had a few problems that occur with any car nearly 15 years old. Each fix up (alternator, engine issue, exhaust, electrical, etc) my car is returned better than before. I go here for everything now. Strongly recommend for any car needs!
