“Unfortunately I can't say anything about the company's service. But I can say that I probably met the friendliest and most helpful person there during my last trip down the east coast. On 9/13/16 I was stranded with my girlfriend, two friends and an absolutely destroyed suitcase after we got ditched by our taxi late at night.
