  ARS is very lucky to have such a skilled, smart and respectful Technician like Jim C. He was on time, called ahead , and got right to work.
  He explained everything very simply so i could understand, my issues. He also did his best to find me every discount possible. By far the best technician that has ever come to my home. On top of everything hes just a really nice guy! Thanks jim!!

  Jim C. was just as terrific this year as he was last year. He took the time explain our system and give us easy to understand options that will improve the efficiency and reliability of our system. Jim clearly knows his job, has a great memory for the systems he works on, and is a pleasure to deal with. ARS has always done a great job and been responsive.

  Very positive experience today (and during my last 2 visits as well). Anthony visited recently and he is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and has a very high attention to detail. I like to ask a lot of questions so I have a (small) understanding of what is happening, and Anthony was able to explain clearly everything he was doing and why. Overall, great experience. Thanks

  I was VERY pleased with Jason. He was very friendly, polite, and helpful. His knowledge of air conditioning units helped to put my anxieties to rest. ARS is lucky to have Jason as an employee. I hope he comes back to my home whenever I need service to my unit - and definitely when I have yearly check-ups!

  Daniel performed a AC system check to ensure that my AC unit would be ready for the summer. He called ahead to ensure that I’d be home and gave me an eta. He arrived on time and was extremely polite. He took time to show me how to get more out of my Nest thermostat and explained how my ac unit works and what to look for in the future. His level of professionalism and kindness were incredible. I will certainly continue to use ARS for future HVAC needs.
