(May 1, 2019, 3:34 pm)Ed is top notch he has been more then accommodating, Trainers keep my kids motivated which is tuff, I've already noticed my kids having more confidence. As long as they are motivated to keep going to boxing and kick boxing this is the gym they will be attending. I may even start boxing as long as fit it into my schedule.

(March 8, 2019, 4:33 pm)Eddie and his team are Top notch Trainers that keep me motivated to work hard and challenge myself. The Gym is convenient for someone like me with my crazy work hours and daily schedule changing all the time. I i need to workout at midnight or a holiday its available. It has all the equipment I need and plenty more if I want to try some things outside my normal workout. Plenty of ring space and all the different bags are a great way to mix things up. Music is easy to play and mirrors are everywhere... Well worth every dollar and then some.My membership allows me 24 hour access and then there are classes I can take if I want to jump in. Dont be fooled and think that the fighters there are non-contact either because you can see some of the real experienced guys go at it on certain days also and they get at it good!!!

(February 19, 2019, 5:00 am)I’ve been a member since 2013 and still think Eddie is accommodating and more than fair. Great for learning skills in a class setting, private lesson, or a solo workout with everyone being treated equally.

I started training here back in Jan. 2017. I showed up with nothing but a willingness to learn and have not looked back.
To this day I am training almost everyday and have had the privilege of competing in my first Muay thai bout under this Gym (I won). I now cross-train at a few other gyms as well to further my personal skills but as long as I live in the South Shore area Bishops will remain my home.
I highly recommend this gym to anyone and any age. Its got everything you need to get started; weight training, boxing, Jiu Jitsu, & Muay thai (Kickboxing). Also all of the coaches are willing to work with you based on your goals.
