  This was the first time I had to go through physical therapy, and I had no idea what to expect. Little did I know that if it was going to be this enjoyable, I would have gotten injured earlier! Ok, that might be a little much, but it was a great experience. Each one of the three physical therapists and assistant that I worked with per professional, caring, and really genuine. When I went in, I felt like I was meeting up with friends. My main PT diagnosed my issue on the first day, and it wasn't anything that either one of my doctors even caught on to.
  Overall, I'm so glad that I found this place and the people in it. Yes, the space might have been a little smaller, but I never had to wait more than a minute until the table opened up, and I never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes for my PT to come to me when I needed it.

  Amazing care, service and cleanliness! Every single member who works here is absolutely fantastic. I am continually impressed by and very grateful for the therapy I receive at Baystate Physical Therapy . It is targeted and focused 100% on my needs. I feel totally secure in knowing I will be carefully guided to get the most possible from my therapy to achieve realistic goals in addressing my particular issues. On a personal level, I also want to note that I "enjoy" my sessions with Gennessa, Brad and laura - the time we spend were always productive and invaluable to my health....and very pleasant! Great staff. Everyone is very friendly and it’s clear they care about the people they’re treating. My favorite piece of equipment is the “Shoulder Arm Exercise Pulley “????????!!!! I wish that I had discovered this place years ago! Gennessa worked on me the most and she knows her stuff! She knew exactly how to figure out a precise diagnosis. She listened carefully, observed carefully, and then chose the precise exercises that would rebalance my body. I feel as if I'm floating rather than walking. She is a great teacher, giving clear instructions, at a pace that was perfect for me. She is also warm, personable, and distracted me with good conversation so that I didn't tense up ????. Hard to find someone who is so skilled, and yet humble; someone who really reacts to what I say about my body and can offer a good strategy for each complaint. She's a genius problem-solver!!! Overall, everything about this place was excellent! The staff were helpful and caring and made therapy fun! Couldn't ask for anything better! Highly Recommended!

  I found this office by internet search, and it turned out to be one of the best places in MA for Physical Therapy. My therapist Gennessa was great --highly skilled, professional and caring. The rest of the staff was also fantastic. Highly recommend this office !
