    Rob is by far the best trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He's very easy to work with, he trains me hard without over training me. He listens to what I want/need and trains me accordingly. He keeps my workouts interesting and challenging, but best of all, I'm getting RESULTS..!! I've never "liked" the gym before, now I look forward to my training sessions with Rob. I highly recommend anyone looking for a trainer, to come talk to him..You wont be disappointed..and they have a smoothie bar..nice perk..

    Love it there!!! I get one on one training there and am always challenged! The best part is after I get a recovery smoothie to reward myself on-site at Wicked Smoothie!!!

    Rob and Katie are knowledgeable, respectful and motivating. Gym is clean and has lots of equipment options. Safe waiting area for my kid. Best investment Ive made in myself.

    Working with Rob is great. He's always showing me something new at each of my sessions. All the ladies that go here are so nice. The boot camp on Sunday mornings is awesome. You've got nothing to lose by trying this place out. Give Rob a call!
