“My wife and I have lived in our condominium since 1996. The upstairs bathroom has remained unchanged since our move-in. Using the shower feature in the bathroom has become more of a challenge over the years because it requires stepping over the wall of a tub to enter. Converting the tub/shower into just a shower stall with a 3 inch threshold seemed to be a safe way to solve the safety issue. Bay State Luxury Bath came out, showed us what the bathroom would look like and promised that they could complete the job within a day. That sold us. Their price was less than a competitor who had presented an offer, plus the completion time was much quicker. On the day the "make-over" was to take place, the two workers showed up and got right to it with minimal disruption of water use. It was obvious that these two men had done this many times before. They took out the old tub, did what they needed to do to the walls, the plumbing, the floor of the stall, and stayed until they had completed their work. The finished product was amazing. A few days later, an electrician came out to change out the lighting, and a plumber came to install a new faucet for the sink. The transformation was remarkable! During the whole process, Jen and Maryellen Rollins kept things on track from the office, and were an absolute delight to work with. They made sure that we were satisfied with the project every step of the way. If someone was looking to do a makeover of their bathroom, we would highly recommend Bay State Luxury Bath.
