“Wow, what a great place to handle not only your messed up car, but your PTSD from the crash as well. Jay was like a counselor to my wife after a deer did almost $6000 worth of damage to her SUV. He was so calm and understanding as we frantically pieced all the paperwork together between insurance, police, and his shop. Jay called every timne he said he would with updates as well.
