The place it take-out only but they have a small outdoor bar with 4 seats - it was open so we got to eat with a view. I'll definitely go there again if I'm in the area and hungry.”

“I found this to be a totally different experience than going to the gym. It's set in a far more private setting and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. The obstacle course is very challenging but is a great workout. It's different to what most gyms offer and it's great to be able to exercise outdoors in a woodlands setting. I highly recommend it ;)”

“Beautiful nature reserve loacted just a quarter mule from the beach and 1 mi from Hummarock. Great for bird watchers. Went for a short walk today and spotted ; Red tailed hawks , american robins, cardinals , bluejays, a white egret, and even a huming bird. Great for short walks and a very well maintained natural space”
