Mike came out in the cold, had a look, took a bunch of pictures, and advised me to replace the chimney before doing any roofing work. After the mason replaced the chimney, Mike came back and finished up the flashing, waterproofing, and fixed a few roofing mistakes around other vents. He did a great job and his prices were very competitive. Thanks to his advice (and pictures) I was able to stop the leak and proceed with an insurance claim. Can't recommend Carpe Diem highly enough!”
