The paperwork provided lists in GREAT detail what is considered critical, what is recommended and what is optional. The customer needs to take a little responsibility here. And you can't compare the quality of repair to a no name garage, Sullivan's prices will rightfully reflect the quality of product, repair and warranty. For an apt cost comparison, Sullivan Tire routinely comes in under dealership prices and provides exceptional quality repair work. There's a reason I've used them for 20 years.”
