  Beautiful place to relax, or go for a walk or a swim on summer. It's a very quiet and relaxed place. Great to bring children. The lake area has lifeguards, so you'll always be safe. Here you'll have good contact with nature.

  Wonderful hiking and bird watching. Five miles of paved trail but get off the pavement. The river trail to the edge trail makes a very enjoyable loop. Lots of more trails and recreational facilities.

  Very popular with family's and dogs. It is a great area for getting a bit of exercise because the main trail is all paved and has good inclines to get your blood flowing. Has a nice lodge with restrooms and additional information. Parking is minimal. Most people park behind the Targe Store where you can wall right over to the park.

  Fun hikes and walks for all ages. There are a mix of easy paved walking paths along with trails through the woods.
  
  There are also a few playgrounds, rocks that kids can climb on, and a few small lakes in the reservation.
  
  I'd give it 5 stars but parking can be a little hectic when there are hockey games at the Kasabuski Arena.

  I go here during the summer fairly often. My school is awfully close, as in right next to it. There are really nice paths to walk, and even bike when it's a bit warmer out. I've seen a lot of picnic areas as well, with benches and shade. There's also an area for dogs somewhere in there
