  I've been seeing Dr. Chang for a few years now and I don't think I've had a better optometrist. She is very knowledgeable (and has two degrees to prove it), and excels at explaining things to her patients. Also, she is very friendly and made me feel at ease even through the most uncomfortable parts of the eye exam.
  Her staff members are friendly and just plain amazing. In addition to being super helpful to me when I run out of contacts/forget to order more, they consistently go above and beyond to make sure I'm taking advantage of all of my insurance benefits and possible discounts.
  Finally, I've been so impressed by their response to COVID. They take everyone's temperature, frequently clean/disinfect, go to great lengths to ensure proper social distancing, and ensure that everyone in the office is properly masked at all times.
  If there was an option to give them 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend

  Best place I have ever gone to for an eye exam hands down! Dr. Chang and Katie were amazing and they really know how to keep a clean office!! They were constantly sanitizing and took all precautions to keep everyone safe during these trying times. Dr. Chang has a great sense of humor and really knows her stuff! The staff is also very knowledgeable and very genuine. I would highly recommend this place!

  Best customer service I've ever had at any medical provider-- usually when you ask questions about insurance, doctors/receptionists just blank-stare you and say they don't know anything about it, annoyed you even asked. On the other hand, the people here know more about my insurance than I do lol.

  Dr. Chang is a phenomenal optometrist - knowledgeable, passionate, and empathetic to your questions and needs and her staff, Sarah and Katie are absolutely brilliant as well! Time and time again they've masterfully helped me navigate my at-times labyrinthine insurance to make sure I'm utilizing my benefits to the fullest. 10/10! (or 5/5 stars, I suppose)

  I’ve been seeing Dr. Chang for over a decade now and she is hands down the best. I went to a different optometrist once only because of insurance issues and they messed up my prescription. Another time I tried ordering contacts online by doing an online exam and I ended up getting terrible headaches. Not once has Dr. Chang messed up mine. She is wholly transparent and will explain everything to you. She’s also super nice! I live in California now and I refuse to see anyone else so whenever I fly back for the holidays, I get an appointment with her. If you’re debating which optometrist to go to, I highly recommend Dr. Chang.
