    On the good side, they have the latest and most in demand large-bore mri scanner from Siemens. No claustrophobia at all!

    unfortunately, when I was there for my appointment I asked for a CD of images and they said that by policy they only send them to the doctor. My doctor told me that actually they're supposed to give everyone one free CD of the results as required.

    However when I called them later to complain they said "oh, we don't actually give you a CD of your results unless it's specifically requested by the doctor or unless the patient mentions it before the scan is done. Since you asked after the scan, you have to come in and wait at least 15 minutes during business hours." I asked if I could request it and come in later to get it but "no, you have to come in during business hours and wait".

    However, the techs were friendly and so was the receptionist, they scan was easy, all was well except for the fact that they wouldn't give me the copy of my images I was supposed to get.

    I finally had time to go back a couple of months later and get my images and though they said they had just changed their hours and we're now closed at 6:30 instead of 9 on a Monday they stayed open for ten minutes for me, and the manager got my CD for me even though their Tech had gone home for the day. Thanks to Melissa the tech side and Kristen the manager for being so helpful!

    I have had two MRIs here and both were as pleasant an experience as one could hope for. Staff was very kind and helpful, and resulting MRIs were executed properly and delivered to my respective Drs.
