(February 20, 2019, 2:42 pm)Beautiful place to get away from the city. Even though it was winter when we went, the sand was beautiful, and the sky blue. Very peaceful in winter with friendly sea gulls. Definitely going back, although the lack of bathrooms is a deterring factor.

(February 12, 2019, 7:34 pm)Beautiful place for a stroll near UMass, easy to park. Haven't tried biking here but I'm looking forward to that. Minimal concessions but you can find a public toilet and shower somewhere around here. I don't go swimming.

Be careful of dog feces and needles in the sand! I am serious.
Great view of JFK library. Nice place to walk or run.
