Plenty of cardio and enough weights and machines for all levels. The Thursday morning spin class is awesome and you get an amazing cardio workout. The Saturday spin and sculpt is one of the best workouts I have ever had. Highly recommend this gym

(September 1, 2018, 12:44 pm)Tremendous local gym. Was in town for a wedding and got a day pass. The gym isn’t huge but has everything you need for a great workout. It definitely has a neighborhood feel which is refreshing after working out at a few of the larger chains. The co-owner (and dog!) met me when I came in and was very friendly as well. I really enjoyed working out there and will be back next time i get back to Boston. 6*

(July 26, 2018, 4:25 pm)One of the only affordable gyms in South Boston. Great equipment, amazing staff, and plenty of space to do any kind of workout you're looking to get in. I highly recommend signing up and giving it a try if you're looking for that new gym around Southie.
