I just wish they would improve in their pharmacy department. I had prescriptions ready to pick up at 12pm and went to pick it up around 3pm and was told it wasn’t ready and that they would expedite it and would be ready in the next 15-20min.
Which I was okay with however, when I went back in 20 min, different staff tells me they had my order but it wasn’t ready and to give them 10-20 and that they would expedite it. At this point I was fed up. Not only was my prescriptions not ready at it’s promised time I had to wait about an hour to get my prescriptions.
Communication or whatever it is, it’s missing at that department.
