“Who knew meat pies were a big Australian thing? They’re good. I had the lamb shank pie, and heard good things about the beef stew and curry vegetable. The sausage roll was a little underwhelming—spoiler, it’s a sausage with pastry around it—but I was happy. The brown sauce is worth getting for an extra 50¢, and the Anzac biscuit is a pretty good dessert to share between a few people without much appetite remaining.”
