  Great atmosphere, food is excellent. Can order small plates-style or entrees, we ordered 5 small plates and it was a big dinner for 2 people. Location on the water is nice as well, doesn't seem to draw the Garden crowd which is hard to find for a place in the West End. 2 thumbs up.

  Great new restaurant! Dark and cozy and crowded, it has an excellent menu and very good service. Would recommend!

  Great new restaurant - the price is actually equal to the quality (rare in Boston) and the atmosphere is both fun and romantic. Be sure to make a reservation or go late - although brunch is also delicious! A GREAT addition to the Boston restaurant scene. Also... didn’t see that they had a tv (a huge positive in my book)

  Came for brunch and left so content. The food is delicious. The egg white fritatta is delightful and the fries with Urfa pepper are among the best fries I've ever tasted. The cranberry bay leaf lemonade was refreshing. We topped off the brunch with the donut holes, which were only alright. Service is a bit slow, but so worth the wait.

(617) 248-0050. It's a little hard to find, but once you find it, you'll be blown away. The ambience of the restaurant is really nice, but the views are killer. Alcove is a strong addition to a neighborhood without many comparable options. It has a great vibe, broad and delicious menu, and a solid wine list.
