Good work man thank you for saving me a $100 without me even knowing you were doing that.

The Store Manager (Scott Baldwin) at the Goodyear In Roslindale, MA is the BEST! He was very helpful and patient when answering my questions. He’s also very professional and kind.

The only issue I have with this store is that the employees in general who man the counter are somewhat abrupt and give the impression that they can’t be bothered to give an “extra” minute of their time for the customer.

I visited this location without an appointment for a brake job for my wife’s car.. I arrived at 9 o’clock and spoke to Charlie (Assistant Store Manager).. he asked if I could leave the car to be inspected so I could receive a quote.. I mentioned that I needed the car back by noon to pick up my wife and the commute would take up to 40 minutes..he didn’t guarantee me but said it could take up to 4 hours for the whole job and that he would call me with the diagnosis because there were a couple of cars ahead of me.. I stated the importance of picking up my wife at exactly 1 o’clock.. within the hour he called and had a quote.. but said still no guarantee but “would do their best”.. I called at noon to check the status and I was told to head on down to the shop and they would have it ready.. I’m very impressed with the service and efficiency this store showed and the basic human understanding that the employees granted me.. nice job fellas!!

I had a blowout on my way home from Massachusetts . I live in Connecticut and have used Goodyear services in Connecticut so I called AAA and have them tow it to a Goodyear place in Roslindale, Ma. I knew I purchased the tires only a year and a half ago so I was hoping they were still under warranty lucky for me they were. I never went to the store I just called and Alex took care of me he was wonderful he understood that I needed to get home. He had to call Connecticut to get my information and also had to try to locate a tire for me because those tires are no longer being made . Alex went above and beyond to help me and told me in the beginning it would take a couple days and it did. When I picked up the car Alex was there and I’m so grateful for all he did. I have told my friends and family to please go there for service because customer service is his priority. Thank you Alex!
