We hired Pipelines on recommendation from a trusted neighbor to install a leaky garbage disposal, then rehired them a month later to install a water heater. I was in need of getting a quote quickly- I called and they responded by email, while they were still on vacation! As soon as they got back, they came right out, looked at the scope of work needed (significant amount of work in an old brownstone); they emailed me right back and let me know they could not fit me in their schedule until later in the fall.
