  I'm not an expert on Jamaican food but, in my limited experience, I'd give this place a good rating for the food and the attitude toward customers. I got the regular sized jerk chicken with rice and beans, plantains, and steamed veggies. The amount of food was substantial (although I would have preferred a bit more of the veggies and a bit less of the rice mix) and the price seemed in the ballpark for the amount of food.
  
  I do have some issues with several of the financial aspects of the restaurant, all of which should be easily correctable if the owner chooses to do so.
  
  1. Most importantly, there is no online menu anywhere (no web site and no Facebook page). In the restaurant, there is a chalkboard (hard to read) with pricing for most of the main items. But, there is a paper menu that lists MANY additional items - apps, side dishes, drinks, desserts, etc. and there is no pricing. I assume that a customer would have to ask the pricing for all of them...which is kind of a pain. Unless the prices change regularly, they should add them to the paper menu - also so that if the menu is taken home so an order could be called in, with the pricing right there.
  
  2. Although the chalkboard says the regular jerk chicken is $14.00, I was charged $14.45. That shouldn't happen. Change the price on the wall or fix the computer's database.
  
  3. The final price was $15.46 with tax and, as I was paying with cash, I asked what I owed and was told $15.50. Rounding up is not the way to make friends.
  
  These last two issues are very minor but, when a restaurant is new in a neighborhood, they should go out of their way to not make the customer feel like they'd been taken advantage of

  Clean place. Good service ????. Good food. Plenty to choose from.

  The best jamaican restaurant in town nobody can compare with this restaurant in Boston everything is good an the oxtail falls right off the bone everything the customer service is the best always come here love jamaican food u can't go wrong at R&S.

  I love this restaurant! Not only is the food great, but the caring and hospitable nature of the staff is makes this place a gem. This restaurant gives back to community. They show their appreciation for essential workers by preparing meals and donating the staff at hospitals, fire stations and police stations. I have absolutely no problem supporting a business that truly cares about others. I'm looking forward to their grand opening once the ban is lifted. Definitely check out this hidden jewel. Enjoy.

  I don’t know why everyone isn’t always eating here! The food is amazing! Everything is delicious. I want to live in the restaurant. Support local business and eat everything.
