  Total turnaround in the service at this facility. Staff are always helpful and cordial,which is a welcome change.

  I walked in right at closing today. I immediately apologized and I knew she had every right to refuse me. She did not. She was still polite and helpful with all my questions. I did not get her name but the receipt said clerk #5.

  Dr. Bono was compassionate, professional and explained all prior to making my decision for a total knee replacement. His PA Tara was excellent as well. I would recommend both. Short wait times. Will return when/if I do my other knee.

  Dr. Bono did a Total Knee Replacement on me 2 years ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. They tell you right up front it might be a couple years for total recovery but I feel I was back to almost full recovery in 6 to 8 months. The hospitals follow up was excellent. We knew going in I was going to need the other knee replaced as some point and when I do, I will contact Dr. Bono again

  Dr Bono and his team were very good at every level. My preop discussions were never rushed and always patient with me and my questions.
  
  The procedure was routine and successful. My follow up care was also exceptional, as I expected it would be.
  
  I give Dr Bono the highest recommendation for his skill and care.

  I had a hip replacement on the left hip.in January by Dr Bono- I had already had the right hip done in 2014- Dr Bono- had done my friends hip and she loved him. My recovery was amazing i was walking outside with three weeks - and actually working within four - not driving yet. He is very to the point a no nonsense doctor who is excellent in his field
