  I have been working with Chris off and on throughout the years. I have trained with him in person and through live video sessions.When I am working with Chris I see results and most importantly I learn. You may ask, "Why do you stop?" Admittedly, I don't like to workout. Even though I believe in the value of practicing preventative health and self-care, my biggest hurdle is staying motivated. Chris has stuck with me through my (many) quitting moments. Chris has the unique gift of motivating me and keeping me focused on what is at stake (my health). He is patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about his craft. Speaking more to our training sessions ,I value most that he is able to give me advice tailored to me in the moment. He holds me accountable when I try to slack and he give me positive feedback when I achieve a goal. His sessions are not just about working out, during the session he makes a point to talk about my diet and the things that are going on in my life. He truly understands what personal healthcare is about. He knows that what is going on in my life and what I eat, all impacts our sessions. His program is client centered, so no one program is the same. I have tried to work with other people but that experience has just made me value what Chris offers even more. Not everyone who is good at working out is a good personal trainer. Get someone who is a teacher, credentialed, and constantly continuing their education and perfecting their craft, who fights to bring their clients the best, and who genuinely cares about their clients.   Chris does an amazing job, he is very dedicated, knowledgeable and motivating. Semi-private groups are small so you can get more individual coaching and the approach is really upbeat and positive. Chris and all members are warm and inviting, lots of positive energy in this gym.

  Chris is an amazing personal trainer. I worked with Chris for about a year. I was looking for a motivation so I can jump back into my training habits, and it was awesome. He is highly trained and certified. He is knowledgeable about the body, and making sure you always have great posture before, and during the workouts. He was definitely a pleasure to work with, and always brings a great level of professionalism to each session.

  I had the pleasure of training with Chris. He was very professional and knows his stuff! He helped me get into shape! I would definitely recommend DreamFit to anyone looking for help on their fitness journey.
