Both of my children attend STS. I cannot say enough good things about this school and community. Their commitment to education and offering a well rounded experience has far surpassed our expectations. Educationally, my children thrive in this friendly yet firm setting. Beyond academics, our children are involved with many extra curricular activities such as basketball, dance, karate, science club, etc. - most offered for a small fee right after school as an alternative to aftercare.
My two kids are in their second year at St Theresa’s and we couldn’t be happier with the education and care they’re receiving. St T’s enrichment and after school programs have also been a big help to our family. Now that my kids can do such extracurricular activities as dancing and music lessons right after the school, we’re left with more free time on the weekends. The St T’s community is welcoming and supportive. I highly recommend this school!
Could not be more thrilled with our experience with St. Theresa's school. When my oldest was entering K1 we applied to 9 Boston public schools. While waiting to hear which school we got into I decided to tour St. T's and a few other private schools just in case. After touring St. T's (before even hearing about Boston public) I immediately put my deposit down and called my husband telling him how much I loved this school. We never looked back. We love St. T's school. It is the perfect fit for our children. The teachers are amazing and love our kids. I cannot rave enough about our experience with St. Theresa's school and how lucky we feel to find such a wonderful school for our children.
I attended St Theresa's during the 1980's, and have very positive memories about my time there. After I left I found that the skills they taught me were a firm foundation for my success both in high school and in college! Currently, I send both my children to St Theresa's, and as a parent I couldn't be happier with the school and what my children are learning. It is a happy, warm and nurturing environment, and my children are excited every day to go. I would recommend St Theresa's School to everyone!
My son has been at St. Theresa School since K1 and he is now in the sixth grade. I have had nothing but great things to say about this school. I feel heartbroken that this is his last year there. Every morning I drop him off to school, I know he is going to learn not only academics, but he is also learning core values that are going to carry him through his adult life. I feel that these imperative values are just as important as any subject that is taught. I am so proud when I see how the children at St. Theresa's act towards others.
The bond that these children have with one another is amazing. These kids have known each other since age four and I believe they have formed life-long connections. Whichever school my son goes to next year, I know there will be former St. Theresa students there, and they will take him under their wing with no questions asked. I know my son will be the same way when he comes across another St. Theresa alumni, or anyone needing help for that matter. St. Theresa taught him about friendship, compassion, and being the best person he can be.
