I've been twisting my own locs for 2yrs now. I am not a fan of people touching my hair! But, my sister told me about this place.. and the way she spoke so highly of it, i had to taste and see for myself. My experience was wonderful. The shop has alot of ethnic bracelets, earrings, and necklaces for sale as well. I loved the way Wale styled my hair. He got the magic touch. I'm definitely going back soon.

Started my locks back in December by Wale.He washed my hair and really opening up my pores, my hair felt so clean. Absolutely love them. He put a lot of care and attention to the building/starting process. His hands were so fast like magic. After the starter locks he braided and styled it. This style lasted a few weeks (3) until i decided to play with my dreads. I would absolutely recommend to anyone planning to make the transition. This is the place to go. I got cold feet at first ;-) but it was definitely worth the trip.

Great people. Great place. Wale is kind and patient and really listens to the needs of the client. And not only that, he is extremely good at what he does and his team is exceptional as well. Just when we had almost given up hope on my son’s locs, Wale swooped in like a dreadlock saving superhero and made everything good again. I’m so grateful!

I had booked my appointment very last min with Wale, & I was very impressed because the salon was filled with men hair stylists. He’s very professional and takes his time. Would highly recommend!

TALENT IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT. Getting your hair done with Wale and his team is an experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, filled with music and great conversation. Wale is very knowledgeable with what he is doing, and makes sure all of his clients are given the attention they deserve. He's not only allowing your "do" to look good once, but he makes sure you are set up with how to maintain your crown of glory.
