“We came out of a contractor nightmare a month ago that just seems to keep on givin'. I called Home Depot to see if they could assist us with a problem created by our previous porch contractor (who up and quit April 27 when we wouldn't accept the decking he'd ordered and installed that we never approved--taking our $20,000 with him). At Home Depot I had the pleasure of speaking with Damien Gray who listened, took notes, guided, and said he'd make a call to the lumber yard who supplied their product to us at the behest of Contractor #1 to see if he could POSSIBLY mediate the problem so my husband I wouldn't get stuck with a whole bunch of lumber in a color we never approved but Contractor #1 had delivered. (Mind you, this WASN'T Home Depot's error on ANY level.) How often today do you get someone who says, "It's NOT our responsibility but it WAS purchased from us so we'll do whatever is necessary to 'right a wrong' done to a customer"? Damien was there at 7;30am when my husband was in the store; he was there when I called at 5pm which was wonderful--I didn't have to tell our 'bad dream' a second time. Damien was nearing the end of his shift; said he'd be 'off' tomorrow but would likely follow-up on this on Friday. When the phone rang 10 minutes later I was floored, and probably will be for a week. He did all he could and I felt 'heard' and his guidance going forward was 'spot on'. This is what makes me and my family loyal Home Depot customers. They talk the talk.”

“I write to thank a gentleman named Paul, who assisted me at the funeral service of Helen Butrimowicz at First Lutheran Church. Yesterday I drove into Boston, got lost, and ultimately entered the public alleyway to park in the lot of FLC. Were it not for Paul, I would have missed the service. He directed me into the parking lot and then parked my car in a way that I could drive it out easily. Gormley is blessed to have an employee like Paul, who assisted me at a difficult time and made my day much better. Thank you!”

Jim was on-time *early actually* text 30 minutes ahead to allow me time to get home, made changes on the fly with install concerns which came up, and finally hung this chandelier perfectly. They also cleaned up after. I will use Robinson Electric again.”

“Very tasty. I took the advice of other reviewers and called in an order, and they told me when it would be ready. Walking in the aroma was wonderful. It is a cantina style place, seems like most of the business is take out. I had the corn flour pancake with shredded beef. The cheese comes with it and is melted inside. It is a combination of flavors, slight sweetness and savory. The side of green sauce adds another layer of flavor and a hint of heat. I also had a mango drink, answering water instead of the other choice, milk. I will go again.”

“I own an 11-year-old Giant Schnauzer and have used The Continental’s services twice now. Alex was the main guy who groomed my dog and each time he has come back refreshed and looking absolutely wonderful. I think this place is one of the best (if not the best) for taking care of your dog. The entire process I was not worried at all for his well-being as I know my dog would come back happy and extremely energetic. The staff are knowledgeable and scheduling appointments, as well as getting an answer to phone calls is quick and easy. 10/10”

The abstract piece was originally quoted with a 2 week wait, but they were able to get it done in 24 hours for an event over the weekend. So thankful.
