The staff went out of there way to get anything I needed no matter the time of day. The pool and hot tub are open 24 hours. The free breakfast was delicious too! Alex was the main guy who groomed my dog and each time he has come back refreshed and looking absolutely wonderful. I think this place is one of the best (if not the best) for taking care of your dog. The entire process I was not worried at all for his well-being as I know my dog would come back happy and extremely energetic. The staff are knowledgeable and scheduling appointments, as well as getting an answer to phone calls is quick and easy. 10/10”
