When I deposited y money into my account I found that by a clerk that it was negative which was a surprise to me because I know how much $ was in the account before I arrived the bank. none the less, since my account is a student account I was told that it would have overdraft protection. (No negatives) Which the other rep from another location was 't keeping his word. Thanks to this amazing young woman Chana Pen, she managed to get my account back in order and refund me the money and gave me information and lessons about savings and checking accounts. (I wish i knew from the beginning but wasn't informed). For that she made sure I leave happy & protected she changed my mind to keep my Santander Account. I highly recommend this location because Chana is a sweetheart and making her customers happy. Thank you Chana! ”

“Not the cleanest station in the entire system but it does the job and has the standard amenities. If you're visiting JFK Presidential Library and nearby attractions, there is a free bus transfer just outside the station. Bus departures seem to be synced with train arrivals so if you leave the station fast enough, you shouldn't have any trouble catching the bus like we did.”

“I come here twice a week. It's a great all round supermarket. Very well organized and the produce is fresh daily. They also have great sea food that is always fresh and a lot of variety. The reason it lost a star is because the carts are outdated and some of them don't move properly and customer service is very slow because of lottery buyers which sucks when you stand in line just to grab quarters for laundry. I think cashiers should have quarters (10$) to minimize the wait time Lunch here is not good at all espcially the wings section. As food tend to become mushy after hours of sitting there Sushi is fair and good price for the money Edit 2019: they got new carts and the seafood section. Customer service is much faster. I liked that they no longer offer plastic bags for free. There is only 1 express line, it would be nice if there is two”
