  The most friendliest staff. John C. went above and beyond to make my rental a total success. I had issues renting with a credit card, and John made it happen. Upon returning a very polite spanish gentleman made my return a walk in the park. I am pleased with the service. Recommended
  
  Updated 02/11/2019; buyer beware, one month after this rental, I was charged by the company $53 that I had no knowledge about neither I owed anything when I returned the rental. Keep track of your finances if you rent from enterprise, I'm not sure if this is a pattern, but be alert. Charges were disputed, they were the first company to charge me on this particular card, that's what makes it suspicious to me. I'm still satisfied with the service I received, but I felt like I needed to share this issue.

  AT ENTERPRISE RENTAL, THEY ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL AND THAT CAN TAKE SOME STRESS OUT OF WHAT CAN SOMETIMES BE A STRESSFUL SITUATION!
  CALL I N ADVANCE!! If you call Monday for a car tuesday or Wednesday they'll always say small economy cars are out. So in other words if you know ahead of time that you're going to need a car larger or economy size call ahead of time, even better go online and check it out!! Before you pay for their insurance, check with your insurance Co., you could save $15 - $20 a day, just using your insurance, as far as Enterprise, you don't have to use their insurance!! Check for DISCOUNTS the more days you rent, the cheaper it is per day. Renting cars can sometimes be stressful AT ENTERPRISE RENTAL, THEY ARE POLITE AND HELPFUL AND THAT CAN TAKE SOME STRESS OUT OF WHAT CAN SOMETIMES BE A STRESSFUL SITUATION!

  Super great service. Nice, friendly people who go out of their way to make your car rental, quick, easy, simple, and as nice as possible. When we returned the car they made sure we were taken care of properly and dropped off at the local subway train station so we could easily get to the airport and make our fight home.

  Great service and excellent car. The first car had a flat tire and I drove back. The staff just changed a more advanced SUV for me without adding fee immediately. I was moved at that time. I will come back to rent another car in the future definitely. Thank you.
