I went into this sprint store located at the northgate mall in revere i was thinking about switching over from metro and heard about sprints promotion through my husband that has sprint himself. I was helped by a young lady named jasmine ortiz I remembered her name because she left a great impression on me super nice and patient made sure i knew all my options and deals that goes with my budget witch was really appreciated we made a connection and got to know each other on a personal level as well im currently pregnant with my first child so all the input and advice she was giving me through this whole process was amazing she is helping me so much already a total stranger I appreciate it so very much you guys have an amazing employee i hope you continue treating her well so i can maintain a loyal customer for a long time just because of jasmine thank you so much for the experience.
