(March 26, 2018, 1:15 pm)Always challenging and fun. The coaches are super supportive and go above and beyond to assist. What is most impressive about this particular crossfit box is the focus on stretching and safety. Coach Andy and Mary really care about their members and it shows. GREAT place!

The coaches are great about safety and work with you as an athlete to better yourself everyday. The members are encouraging and super friendly. It is truly like a family here!

(March 26, 2018, 11:44 am)I'm almost 60, probably the oldest guy in the box. I was in the worst shape since high school, and pretty concerned about finding a place, frankly, as I watched amazing younger athletes do stuff I couldn't imagine. Misplaced worry. These are some of the friendliest, most encouraging people I've ever met, complete pros, and totally committed to good form and safety, taking you where you are, and helping you improve. It's very hard work, no question. But I keeping surprising myself.

(March 26, 2018, 11:37 am)Just show up!!! The coaches at Tradewinds are amazing and they know each of their athlete's strengths and weaknesses which is helpful. The workouts are challenging , but doable. If there is a certain movement that you can't do (YET), the Coaches will give you a modification that is right for you. I can't say enough great things about Tradewinds. My experience has changed my life!
