“Overall our stay was satisfying due to location, location and location. We requested an accessible room. The accessible features were spot on - roll in shower, stable shower bench, telescoping shower, reachable bath products, grab bars. We were able to roll up to the vanity/mirror in the bathroom. Grab bars near the commode. The room was very spacious plenty of room to navigate a mobility device. I really liked the TV remote control in a plastic cover. There was ample power sockets. There were no drawers in the room instead There were hook and a few hangers, the room had lament floors rather than carpet. This was great however we were able to hear the above guest. The air conditioner was set and worked well. House cleaning happens around 8:45 am which happened to be a great motivation to enjoy complimentary breakfast great variety of hot and cold options. Front Desk staff and shuttle driver were very helpful. We missed room cleaning once and it was extremely difficult obtaining clean towels for the next morning. We began calling the front desk around 10 a.m., we visited the front desk twice and finally obtained adequate towels by 11 p.m.”
