If you're looking at these reviews right now debating weather or not to enroll in a membership here, take advantage of their free introduction classes to see if its right for you. Classes are small and personal. Never exceeding 12 people, you wont be lost in the crowd. The instructors are good about singling each person out multiple times during any given class to make sure their form is correct and the weight they are using is appropriate.”

The workout was well paced and suited to varying levels of student experience. She is very good with constructive criticism and helps you improve upon your current skills whether you are a beginner or have rowing experience.
