Thank you Brian for your encouragement and coaching over the last few months. Since training with you I have lost close to 20lbs, turned fat into muscle, and overall feeling much better!

I would strongly recommend Olympus Training Lab to anyone who is looking for a training environment that is welcoming and a fitness instructor who takes the time to assess your personal goals and create a training program around said goals.

Excellent training and facility.

My teenage athlete started attending Olympus Training Lab this summer. We were looking for a speed/strength program to round out his current training. He has found an amazing program with Brian who designs individual programs targeting his needs and goals. Brian has an incredible approach with his small group sessions which allows him to talk to my son every class; always keeping him positive and focused. My son’s confidence has grown so much in this area. Brian is extremely reliable, professional and flexible. There is no doubt that this has been the best decision we have made for my son’s overall physical and mental conditioning.

Whether for general health and well-being or training for a specific sport, at Olympus Training each athlete's program is customized to their level and personal goals while also getting the positive attention and guidance they need for success. I have seen both my son and daughter benefit from their training here.

Olympus training lab is and outstanding place. it has a safe and friendly environment. The Coach, Brian is a really great guy. Always motivated and excited to train his athletes. Would recommend to anyone no matter his/her fitness background.
