I needed some minor repair work done on the pipe going into my flue. Not too big of a deal but I figured since it involved bringing in a repair person, from a place I knew nothing about, for a job that was not going to be a big money maker for them... I was expecting a hassle.
Pleasantly surprised when I walked out of the store 5 minutes after going in, with an appointment in 2 days. The guy that serviced my wood stove was prompt, pleasant, picked up after himself, and he liked my dog.
And a fair price as well. Bada-bing, bada-boom. All done, all fixed. Great job. I wish all service calls went this well.
This place is amazing for pellet delivery and pellet stove maintenance. In the past we would get our yearly cleaning by a place in Ashland. The pellet stove just never worked quite right. It did the job but it was not easy to get it lit. This year we had Royal Fireside do the yearly cleaning and it lights perfectly EVERY time. It's been years since it's done that.
We use to order our pellets from a place in Uxbridge. The first few years they had the pellets we wanted and customer service was excellent. The past few years pellets were unavailable so we were stuck with ashy, crappy pellet. Royal Fireside always has the pellets we want, we are able to get a hold of them when we need them, and they deliver when they say they're going to.
Royal Fireside is definitely my number one from now on.
P.S. Our stove use to be so loud. After Royal Fireside cleaned it, it's been so quiet. Just perfect all around.
Rick Wilson of Royal Fireside did a fantastic job cleaning my pellet stove today. He is personable, informative, and has an old fashioned standard of excellence. I learned a couple of new things that will help me with my future stove upkeep. This is the best servicing I've had for my pellet stove, by far, in the five years or so I've owned it. I've been a long-time customer but often times not happy with the service staff. I had a cleaning/prep yesterday that was by far the best service I have experienced in 10 years. Rick was courteous, knowledgeable and able to quickly diagnose little things that he wasn't happy with and got my stove up and running smoothly and efficiently. I was very impressed. He was also very personable and informative providing me with many tips and tricks. Thank you Rick Wilson!!
From the time we called, to the time of delivery, everything was conducted in a very professional, timely manner. In fact, we received delivery the day after we ordered. Our delivery driver, Jimmy, was extremely helpful and friendly. He went over and above our expectations and made the whole delivery process easy. We definitely enjoyed our experience and highly recommend them.
