From the moment you walk in, you encounter staff members who are personable and kind. The front desk staff, the medical assistants, nurses and physicians make you feel at ease. I can't say enough about the caliber of staff here! I have had many gynecologists over the years, but Dr. Tao is by far the best I have encountered in her field. She is knowledgeable and compassionate, and takes the time to address concerns. Top notch care without having to go into Boston!

The staff at the front desk and on the phone was very kind! I had trouble with becoming a new patient and they were very accommodating. I was nervous as this was my first gynecology appointment but the lady at the front desk was very kind and helped me calm down.
