The level of detail and care displayed by each employee at this location, all while providing outstanding service and customer service is deserving of recognition. On all of my visits, Katelynn has left a lasting impression on my family and me. She ensured I was adequately informed throughout the whole process and provided 5-star customer service. The same can be said about Devrick who serviced my car on my most recent visit. Katelynn, Devrick and their colleagues are very knowledgeable and skilled in vehicle maintenance and I trust them, which is very important in an industry where people aren’t always honest. The teamwork and dedication I witnessed the day I had my serpentine belt replaced were quite impressive. They all work well together like a well-oiled machine. Valvoline Milford has the dream, hands down.

Had a few different guys taking care of my car and they were all very pleasant. In and out in 15 minutes and back to work! Very convenient being next to my job. Will be returning for my next one!

(February 24, 2019, 10:13 am)Had a wonderful experience at this location. Tim and the team were great, informative and respectful. The "vibe" of the garage was relaxed, friendly and professional. Tim and his team explained the entire process, provided their recommendations as "car people" instead of a sales standpoint. My vehicle is running great since my oil change and other services they provided (air filters, tire rotations and a comprehensive review of my vehicle).
