  I had my cat pepper for 19 years and we the family loved him very much he was my boy though the ppl here were so compensate and sweet were very pleased and they were so understanding they even sent out a card with their condolence thank u very much Tuesday we will be bring our baby home where he belongs .ty again and God bless. The olivers

  I don't know how they do it but God bless these folks. Our big boy Zeus passed away suddenly on 11/25/19. He was a rescue and we only had him for four short years. My wife and I were (and still are) absolutely devastated. After I found my pup had passed in the morning I gave them a call and was able to come in right away. I had wrapped him up in a blanket and my wife and I brought him in straight away. The staff was very compassionate and took good care of him. I wish I could remember the woman's name that assisted us but she was awesome and very compassionate. They put him on a table and set him in a viewing room. I didn't want to see him like that just yet so we left him there as we discussed what services we'd like. We then went back into this private room and was able to say our goodbyes and such. It was so very tough and heartbreaking but the room set the perfect tone for the situation. We were able to spend some time with him one final time. We knew it'd be really hard for the holidays and thankfully they were able to get him back to us very quickly. I received a call the next day in fact. However I wasn't able to pick him up until 11/27/19. The whole process was great and all the staff I dealt with was very sympathetic. Picking him up was just about as tough as dropping him off. The staff was just as compassionate and I had to do my all not to break down when they handed me him. Now he is back with us, this really will be Zeus's furever home. Thank you again so much for what you do. It does help coping with our loss.

  My first experience was amazing. My second was different but not bad. Please continue to hire people who perpetuate a good code of ethics, especially for the behind the scenes jobs. These aren't bags of waste, they are family remains of beloved family members.

  Truly caring and compassionate staff. Each time I’ve had to make the difficult call to set up arrangements, they have been nothing but wonderful. They are truly not out to get your money either. Very reasonable fees. The urn, and pin we received are beautiful.

  As soon as I walk through the door with tears streaming down my face I was greeted right away. I was treated like family. they know the feeling of a lost loved one! They aren’t out to get money from you!!! people say it’s an animal but it’s really like a child to me she was my daughter Chin.
  I can’t thank them enough for letting me have my private ceremony and private witness crematory. I have my necklace I got it yesterday with her ashes and I love it! I am so lucky to have found someone who loves animals just As much as I do!
  R.I.P. Chin mommy loves you forever and always! Your team has changed my life forever! I will be forever grateful until I see you again, thank you for all you have done for my daughter 17 years old Chin. ????????????????
