  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily Jane Designs. Let me start at the beginning...so originally I had ordered a mom/daughter necklace set from another place online and when it arrived it just wasn’t right. I needed this gift for a very special moment in my life and I began panicking as I was to leave the country in two days. I looked up local jewelry artisans and found Emily Jane Designs. I called immediately the next morning, and was thrilled she picked up right away. She told me everything is made to order and my heart stopped - I again became worried that I wouldn’t be able to get this gift I was desperate for ... she asked me some questions and assured me she’d have it ready by the end of the day. Sure enough i was able to pick it up by 430 that day and it was absolutely perfect. A beautiful brushed sterling silver necklace set. We will both cherish these pieces forever and I am indebted to Emily and her other awesome production assistant ( sorry i don’t recall name !) for helping me out in the last hour. Thank you again.

  Absolutely perfect. My 16 year old cherishes this gift more than any other gift she has ever received! Recommend to everyone!

  The quality of the product is awesome, and the prices are reasonable for a smaller business. The only reason for the last star missing is that I had an issue with an order and every time I called I got a voicemail and never received a call back.
